Is CFM or MPH more important?
For most yards, CFM. Clearing leaves is mostly a volume problem, and a blower with very high MPH but low CFM produces a narrow jet that scatters leaves instead of rolling a pile. MPH matters when leaves are wet, packed into beds or stuck to turf, and for pushing debris out of gravel and corners.
