The LUBA 2 AWD 3000X is best at mowing steep, bumpy lawns that stop two-wheel-drive robots. Slope percent is rise over run: an 80 percent slope climbs 80 feet over 100 feet of distance, about 39 degrees, far steeper than the 45 percent (24 degree) rating typical of mainstream robots.

• Traction. Four-wheel drive for slopes, potholes, rough terrain and tall, thick grass.
• Wide cut. A 15.8 inch dual-blade disc, well over the 7 to 10 inch widths common on smaller robots, so it covers more lawn per hour.
• Navigation under trees. Mammotion says AI vision lets it keep mowing under trees where satellite signals weaken, and recognize boundaries for close edge cutting.

The biggest drawback is setup and support compared with Husqvarna. Placement matters, and poor placement shows up as drift or missed areas. Mammotion also sells direct and online rather than through a local dealer network, and the listing does not state a warranty term.

A second, practical limit: 10,700 square feet per charge against a 32,670 square foot rating means a full 0.75 acre lawn needs about three charge cycles to cover once. That is normal for robot mowers, but it is why sizing to 70 to 80 percent of the rating matters.
