There is no single best brand; each of the big four does something better than the others.

Sun: UV inhibitors in the plastic slow fading and brittleness. Lifetime, Keter and Suncast all describe their panels as UV protected or UV resistant. Owners in hot, sunny climates commonly report gradual color fading over years rather than cracking, and lighter colors stay cooler inside.

Heat: resin expands in heat. A shed built on an uneven base can see doors bind on hot afternoons. A level foundation and the included vents are the fix, and vents also cut heat buildup that shortens battery life for cordless tools stored inside.

Snow: most resin shed listings do not publish a snow load number. The Suncast Modernist does, at 40 lb per sq. ft. Steep roofs like the Lifetime design shed snow faster.
